Advanced Year sessions are available only to those individuals who would like to attend following their completion of Years One, Two, and Three.

Participants are encouraged to register by June 30, 2021 to receive the $50 Early Bird discount. Enrollment in each of the three concurrent sessions of the three-year program is limited, so please register early.
Sessions begin at 9 am on Monday, August 9, 2021, and end at 1 pm, Thursday, August 12, 2021. Only participants who attend ALL sessions will receive credit. No excuses for absence other than illness or family/business emergency will be accepted. If illness or an emergency causes a participant to miss more than 10 percent of the class sessions, attendance credit for the training cannot be given.
CDI sessions are held at the Stoney Creek Inn located at
101 18th Street in Moline, Illinois.
Early Bird Discount (register by June 30, 2021): $550
Regular Fee (register by August 2, 2021): $600
Advanced Year (register by August 2, 2021): $160; To register for the Advanced Year, participants must have completed Years One, Two, and Three.
The cost covers the entire week of course sessions, materials, refreshments, and special events. Lunch is included on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Conference check-in at the Stoney Creek Inn begins at 8 am, Monday, August 9, 2021. Sessions begin at 9 am. Registration is open through Tuesday, July 31, 2021.
Final payments are required by July 31, 2021, unless prior arrangements are made. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before August 1, 2021, less a $50 processing fee. After August 1, refunds will only be made for emergency situations.
A block of rooms is reserved for CDI participants at Stoney Creek Inn (309-743-0101). Please mention that you are attending Midwest CDI when making reservations to receive a special rate of $109/night. The Stoney Creek Inn does provide a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning for guests. Date to be determined for reservations to receive the special block rate.
The Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED) test will be offered Thursday afternoon following the closing ceremony. Advance authorization and pre-registration for the test are required 45 days in advance. The PCED is optional and not required for CDI attendance.
