Stoney Creek Inn shares Covid-19 Protocol

Illinois will move to "Bridge Phase" beginning Friday, May 14th and plans are currently to move to Phase 5 beginning July, 1, 2021.

In Phase 5 there will be no capacity restrictions, although some safety guidelines will remain in place, to assure the safety of Stoney Creek Inn's guests and staff.

To keep everyone safe, we are doing the following:

All of our staff wear masks;

Signs are posted at all entry points, that masks are required in all Public Areas;

We offer disposable masks (complimentary in lobby);

Hand-sanitizing stations are available;

Guest rooms are cleaned with hospital-grade cleaners;

Stay-over service is suspended, (to prevent others from entering the guests' rooms);

All amenities are available at our Front Desk for convenience;

When business allows, rooms are "rolled" and sit vacant 24-48 hours between guests;

Hard surfaces in Public Areas are wiped down with Bio Protect Antimicrobial Surface Protectant and Coating;

Wristbands are used for pool access to maintain capacity limits;

Hot Tub is currently not in use  because social distancing is presently not possible. Our inspector predicts guidelines will allow it to open within the next 2 months.

Food/beverage Event Protocol:

Signs are posted at entry points to indicate that masks are required in all Public Areas;

All Stoney Creek staff wear masks (and gloves when handling food or beverages);

Banquet staff wear masks and gloves;

Silverware are rolled in linen napkin, rather than being placed directly on tables;

Currently no self-serve food/drink displays are offered, other than individually wrapped items;

Banquet staff serve guests during buffet-style meals;

Hand-sanitizing stations are available in dining areas;

Whenever possible fewer chairs per table are added, to accommodate social distancing requirements.

Stoney Creek Inn continues to follow the State of Illinois, Rock Island County and City of Moline Covid-19 guidelines.
