The "Early Bird" tuition for attending the Midwest CDI is $500. Please submit a $50 deposit with the balance due by July 4. To the tuition after July 4 is $550. This fee includes lunch Monday - Friday (August 11-15), a special tour, a closing dinner, and all materials, readings, and handouts.

SCHEDULE
The Midwest CDI will begin at noon Monday August 11, with lunch, and will end at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15. Dress for all activities is business casual.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Participants are expected to attend ALL classes in order to receive credit for the program. No excuses for absence other than illness or family/business emergency will be accepted.
LOCATION – STONEY CREEK INN, MOLINE
Stoney Creek Inns is located on the Mississippi Riverfront in downtown Moline. Excellent amenities include complimentary continental breakfast, comfortable meeting rooms, and wireless Internet access. Rooms at reduced rates have been set aside for CDI attendees. Rates per night are $84 for a Deluxe Room. Rooms and rates are subject to availability, reservations must be made by July 12, 2008 to guarantee the $84 CDI rate.
